I design and create a limited number of high quality, beautiful royal iced cakes for weddings and celebrations.  Only the very best ingredients are used,  decorated with stunning displays of hand crafted sugar flowers and foliage.   I specialise in an individual design service that will enable you to match the cake to your dress, flowers, colour scheme or any other related theme.  No cake will ever be duplicated, it is a truly bespoke service.

You can be fully involved in the design of your cake.  Once a design is agreed upon, the cakes are hand made in my farmhouse kitchen in the Conwy Valley in North Wales and ultimately delivered and set up at your event.  For wedding cakes I like to deliver and set the cake up myself .... so that I can guarantee you'll get the cake you want in perfect condition, displayed in the way we will both be happy with!  Local events include a free delivery service.
